In this intermediate level introduction to the advanced class, students will learn techniques for moving into further expressions of some of the familiar postures of the beginner’s practice, as well as learn new postures and begin to develop new abilities.
*This practice is open to everyone, a minimum of 6 months regular practice recommended as it requires knowledge of basic postures. This is not a beginner’s workshop.
