Aaron and Ida,
I just wanted to send you a heartfelt thank you for all the time and effort that you spent with us.
I can understand how much work it takes to develop a course, fine tune it and perfect it and then effectively deliver and ultimately get a group of individuals to learn the content.
On an individual note, I appreciate the scientific research that was shared in class on yoga, I hope studies continue to be conducted and that this can be used to fund yoga in hospitals, schools, outpatient, etc.
From a personal note, Bikram yoga has helped me stay fortified through much of the stress that I have encountered and has improved my resilience overall. I hope to share this story in conjunction with the research to encourage others to start and continue practicing yoga.
Ida, the posture clinic and individual corrections that you provided were outstanding.
I am thinking about these aspects while conducting my dialogue and would like to be able to help individuals reach their full physical potential by helping them recognize the need for modifications and corrections when I am much more experienced.
Again, my sincere appreciation for the time, effort and knowledge that was passed on to all of us.
I will continue to work hard with self determination and discipline to become the Bikram yoga instructor that both of you have challenged and pushed us to be.
